RemoveAI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RemoveAI image editing services, subscriptions, credit packs, and account access.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using removeai.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website, tools, subscriptions, or credit packs.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RemoveAI. If you use RemoveAI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

RemoveAI provides AI-powered image editing tools, including background removal, background generation, object removal, erase and restore workflows, high-quality export, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs.

You are responsible for the images you upload and the way you use our services. You must ensure that your uploads and outputs comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You may not use RemoveAI to upload, create, edit, process, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe.

The following content and use cases are strictly prohibited:

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Nudity, sexualized minors, child sexual abuse material, or any content involving exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, sexual face swaps, or sexualized edits of a real person.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or content that targets protected classes.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, access controls, payment controls, rate limits, or security systems.

We may remove content, deny processing, suspend accounts, revoke access, or report activity to appropriate authorities when we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of images and other content you upload. By using RemoveAI, you grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content. Do not upload private, copyrighted, or third-party content unless you are allowed to do so.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some RemoveAI features are free or limited. Paid access may be provided through subscriptions or one-time credit packs.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless stated otherwise. Pricing, credit amounts, billing periods, and plan features are shown at checkout or on our pricing page.

All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or expressly offered by RemoveAI or our payment provider.

6. Service Availability

RemoveAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, or error-free output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoveAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or reputation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to RemoveAI if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create compliance or safety risk, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of RemoveAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
